Brunch is served Sundays 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Benedicts

Served with corn poblano hash.

TRADITIONAL BENEDICT – 10. 2 poached eggs atop an English muffin and Canadian bacon, then topped with Hollandaise sauce.

CRAB BENEDICT – 12. Our special crab mix with our Traditional Benedict.

SPINACH BENEDICT – 11. A Traditional Eggs Benedict with creamed spinach.

Omelettes

Served with corn poblano hash.

TEXAS OMELETTE- 10. Diced spicy tomatoes and chiles, topped with pepper jack cheese, tomatillo sauce, sour cream and guacamole.

HAM AND CHEESE OMELETTE – 10. Diced ham and grated cheese.

SEAFOOD OMELETTE – 10. Crab mix, Swiss cheese and Béarnaise sauce.

SMOKED SALMON OMELETTE – 10. Smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onions and capers.

BRUNCH BURGER – 10. Our 1/2-lb burger topped with lettuce, tomato, cheddar, bacon and an over-easy egg! Served with waffle fries.

CHICKEN CAESAR SANDWICH – 9.5 Grilled chicken dressed with a Caesar salad and served on our tomato-focaccia bread. Served with waffle fries.

CHICKEN FRIED STEAK & EGGS – 12. Hand-breaded and fried. Topped with creamed pepper gravy and Texas toast. Served with waffle fries.

STEAK & EGGS – 20. Our 10-oz flat iron steak cooked to your specs and topped with 2 eggs over easy. Served with corn poblano hash

RAUL’S BREAKFAST BURRITO – 10. Jalapeno cheddar tortilla filled with eggs, bacon, cheese and tomato.
